About Pine Logistics

Built On Ethics, Not Shortcuts

A decade of moving freight the right way — for the shippers who trust us, the drivers who run for us, and the road we all share.

How We Operate

Our Code of Ethics

Profitability that depends on cutting corners isn't profitability — it's deferred liability. This is the standard our dispatch, maintenance, and compliance decisions are measured against, every day.

USDOT 2208011 · MC 766135 · Woburn, MA · 48-State Coverage

Absolute Compliance

We operate strictly within DOT and FMCSA regulations. Hours of Service aren't negotiated. Logs aren't edited. Weight limits aren't "close enough."

No Forced Dispatch

A driver who says a load is unsafe, or that they're too tired to run it, ends the conversation. No penalty, no retaliation, no quiet reduction in future loads.

Financial Transparency

Rate confirmations, settlements, and deductions are documented and available for review. No hidden fees for shippers, no surprise chargebacks for owner-operators.

Honest Capacity

We don't accept a load we can't cover, and we don't promise a delivery window the map and the clock don't support. If we can't do it, we say so before you plan around us.

We Own Our Errors

When something goes wrong, you hear it from us first — what happened, what it costs, and how it's being corrected. Nothing is buried.

What Drives Us

Mission & Vision

What we're here to do, and where we're going.

  • Our Mission

Move freight across the United States securely, on time, and in full compliance — while treating the people who do the work as partners rather than capacity.

  • Our Vision

To prove the disciplined carrier wins — the standard other fleets measure themselves against, where safety and respect for drivers are the cause of durable profitability, not a cost subtracted from it.

What We Stand For

Six Values, Zero Exceptions

The standard every driver, mechanic, and dispatcher in our network is measured against.

Safety Above the Load

No shipment is worth a life, a license, or a truck. When safety and schedule conflict, safety wins.

The Driver Is the Business

We reject the industry habit of treating drivers as interchangeable numbers. Judgment carries weight here.

Proactive Accountability

Problems are cheapest at the yard and most expensive at the roadside. We inspect and plan ahead of failure.

Technical Precision

Electronic logging, real-time tracking, and documented maintenance histories — decisions made on data, not memory.

Stewardship

We run diesel equipment for a living. That obligates us to run it cleanly and dispose of what it consumes properly.

Plain Dealing

Clear rates, clear expectations, clear communication. We'd rather lose a load to an honest quote than win one we can't hold.

Our Responsibility

Environmental Stewardship

We won't pretend a diesel fleet is carbon neutral. What we do is run the cleanest operation the equipment and regulations allow.

Emission Systems Stay Intact

Factory DPF, SCR, and DEF dosing run exactly as the manufacturer built them. Zero tolerance on tampering — no delete kits, no defeat devices.

Burning Less Fuel

Idle reduction, aerodynamics, correct tire pressure, and routing against deadhead — every gallon not burned is emissions that never happen.

Maintenance as Pollution Control

OEM service schedules, systematic inspection under 49 CFR Part 396, and leaks treated as defects, not wipe-downs.

Responsible Disposal

Used oil, coolant, batteries, and tires move through licensed recyclers under RCRA and state programs — never poured out, buried, or binned.

Our People

Partners, Not Capacity

Logistics is not trucks and freight — it's people who spend weeks away from home. How a carrier treats those people is the most reliable indicator of how it treats everything else.

  • Hiring on record and conduct — never on race, origin, or any protected characteristic.

  • Rates before commitment, itemized settlements, and written agreements you keep a copy of.

  • Routes planned so legal rest is achievable rest — dispatch that can't run legally doesn't ship.

  • Raising a safety concern is protected — it will never cost anyone work here.
